Due to COVID-19, changes to the way our customers operate their recreation and leisure facilities are now required. In consultation with our customers, Intelligenz will shortly have available new modules to facilitate a range of new operational requirements, either as an add-on to existing IntelliLeisure™ sites or as a standalone application for new customers, focused on the following areas:

Supports mandatory online registration of contact information and formal booking of all visits, including timed entry slots or fixed length sessions. Booking time may control an entry window rather than a specific amount of time. For example, customers will need to book for a 1 hour visit to the gym, a tee time (10 min slots), etc. Requirements could be extended to individual equipment, lanes in a pool, access to areas, etc. Occupancy checking is also available. Setup and changes will require minimum administrative effort and follow booking rules.

Clean down time to be automatically assigned to the area, room or equipment bookings.

Automatic notification to customer with details of their booking(s), including unique identifiers that represent the booking(s). Alternatively, identification details can be accessed through a mobile app.

Where time-based bookings only require the identification of numbers of adults or children, etc., or non-timed passes are purchased in advance, entry will include the requirement to register details for additional attendees prior to entry or at time of entry using a mobile device.

Waitlists for popular time slots or sessions with automated email to the next waitlisted customer, including a period of time where the slot is held before release to the next in line. The system will also monitor no shows and enable ‘penalties’ (e.g. restricted booking privileges) for repeat offenders. For some services or facilities bookings, a deposit may be required to secure a timeslot.

Additional checks on the residency of the individuals (i.e. local or out of area) at time of registration may be required so that restrictions can be placed on out of area attendees to limit and prevent exposure.
