Intelligenz Powers up Kuwait Club

Intelligenz Solutions™, continuing their expansion globally, has recently implemented its integrated software management solution at Al Corniche in Kuwait.

With over 3,000 members in its health club and an expansive spa and dining area the Club is more of a resort than a conventional club.

With the capabilities to manage bookings, membership, retail, retention and renewals both at the Club and online, and to integrate with Micros POS and pass member charges between the systems Al Corniche was able to get the full benefits of an integrated system.

The system also interfaces with the industry leading Food & Beverage system from Micros-Fidelio, an Intelligenz partner. This interface allows Al Corniche members to charge their food and drinks back to their membership account, as well as providing departmental accounts for internal costing. Accounts are now collected and centralized giving the club more insight into the activities of their members and allowing them to provide a more personalized service.
